You may use ibnic.org for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful data of any kind
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or data from the site without IBNIC’s written permission
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with IBNIC
  • Use any content from ibnic.org for commercial purposes without IBNIC’s written permission

IBNIC reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to ibnic.org for any user who breaches these terms.

Credential Verification

The credential verification system at ibnic.org/verify/ is provided as a public service to allow clients, employers, and professional peers to confirm the validity of an IBNIC credential. Use of the verification system is subject to the following conditions:

Verification results are provided in good faith based on IBNIC’s credential register at the time of the request. IBNIC maintains accurate records but cannot guarantee that all information is current at every moment. If you believe a verification result is incorrect, contact IBNIC directly at info@ibnic.org.

Verification results may not be used as the sole basis for employment, contractual, or legal decisions. They confirm the existence and status of a credential — they do not constitute a reference, endorsement, or guarantee of a practitioner’s conduct or competence beyond what the credential itself represents.

Accreditation Information

Information published on ibnic.org regarding accreditation criteria, fees, processes, and credential architecture is provided for general information purposes. While IBNIC endeavors to keep this information accurate and current, it does not constitute a binding offer or contractual commitment. Accreditation is subject to the formal accreditation agreement entered into between IBNIC and the applicant school or trainer.

Fee information published on ibnic.org reflects IBNIC’s current fee schedule. Fees are subject to change. Confirmed fees for any accreditation application will be set out in the formal accreditation agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content published on ibnic.org — including text, the Nine Pillars framework, credential architecture descriptions, design elements, and the IBNIC name and marks — is the property of IBNIC and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may share links to ibnic.org content and quote brief passages for non-commercial, informational purposes provided that IBNIC is clearly attributed and the source URL is cited. You may not reproduce substantial portions of ibnic.org content, republish it, or use it commercially without IBNIC’s written permission.

The IBNIC name, logo, and accreditation marks may not be used by any individual or organization without IBNIC’s express written authorization. Unauthorized use of IBNIC marks constitutes misrepresentation and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer of Warranties

ibnic.org and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. IBNIC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content on the site. IBNIC does not warrant that the site will be available without interruption or free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IBNIC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of ibnic.org or reliance on any content published on it.
