Members & Complaint Procedure.
IBNIC maintains a confidential global database of accredited NLP trainers, coaches, and training organizations. To comply with international privacy and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and related frameworks), we no longer publish a public directory. This protects members’ data from AI scraping, unauthorized sales, and misuse. Verification requests and complaints are handled securely, ensuring fairness, evidence-based review, and privacy for all involved.
Verifying IBNIC Accreditation.
Because public databases are no longer secure in the era of AI and third-party data brokers, IBNIC verifies accreditation through a protected process.
To verify a trainer, school, NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner or coach:
1. Provide their full name and website.
2. IBNIC will confirm only if the trainer is listed and has given prior consent for public verification.
3. No additional personal data will be shared without the member’s explicit consent.

Filing a Complaint About a Trainer or Program
Our complaint process protects learners, supports trainers, and upholds ethical, safe, and high-quality NLP education. All concerns are reviewed with confidentiality, neutrality, and clear boundaries. IBNIC does not mediate personal disputes; our role is to determine whether an accredited member meets our standards.
1. Submission
There are two options:
1. Log a Concern: Your submission is kept private. It does not trigger a review but helps us identify patterns within a single training or over time.
2. File a Formal Complaint: Your submission is shared with the trainer or school and begins the formal review process.
2. Initial Eligibility Review
We determine whether the issue falls within IBNIC’s remit: ethics, safety, or training standards. Accredited trainers are already publicly affiliated with IBNIC, so no additional disclosure consent is required. If the issue is outside scope (for example, personal disagreements or refund disputes), we close the case and advise the submitter.
3. Trainer Notification
If a concern is submitted as a formal complaint and deemed eligible, the trainer or school is notified privately and invited to offer a written response and any relevant evidence. Both parties are treated with neutrality and respect.
4. Neutral Evidence Review
A neutral review panel evaluates all materials objectively. The panel does not mediate interpersonal disputes. Its role is to determine whether IBNIC standards or ethical expectations were breached.
5. Decision & Outcome
A written decision is issued outlining whether no breach occurred, whether corrective action is required, whether probation is appropriate, or whether removal is necessary. Only the outcome — not personal information — is added to the member’s confidential file.
6. Follow-Up or Appeal
If corrective action is required, the trainer or school must provide evidence of completion within the stated timeframe. They may request a formal appeal if they believe the decision did not accurately reflect the evidence. Appeals are reviewed by a separate panel to ensure fairness. Repeat or serious breaches may still result in removal from the registry.
Submit a Concern or Request Member Verification
Use this confidential form to submit a concern or request verification of an NLP Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner, or NLP Trainer. You may choose to log a private concern or begin a formal complaint review. All submissions are handled securely and evaluated under IBNIC’s ethics and accreditation standards.
