IBNIC Certificate Validation & Use Agreement
(For Certified Individuals)

This Certificate Validation & Use Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to individuals who have completed an IBNIC-accredited training program and seek validation of their certification record.
By submitting the certification validation form, you (“Certificate Holder”) agree to the following terms.

1. Certification Validation
Upon successful completion of an IBNIC-accredited program and submission of required documentation (including evaluation and consent), IBNIC validates your certification record under a unique Certificate Validation ID.
Validation confirms that:

You completed an IBNIC-accredited program
The certification was issued in accordance with IBNIC standards

Validation does not imply licensure, employment, or regulatory approval.

2. Use of IBNIC Name and Logos

2.1 Limited Permission Granted

IBNIC grants the Certificate Holder a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to reference their certification status and to use the official IBNIC certification logo(s), solely to indicate that they hold an IBNIC-validated certification.

2.2 Permitted Uses

The IBNIC certification logo and name may be used only:
on personal or professional websites
on resumes, CVs, and professional profiles
on business cards or marketing materials
in factual statements describing certification status
All use must accurately reflect the certification earned and must comply with IBNIC branding guidelines.

2.3 Prohibited Uses

The Certificate Holder may not:
alter or modify the IBNIC logo
imply endorsement, partnership, or employment by IBNIC
use the logo for programs, services, or claims beyond the scope of certification
transfer or sublicense the logo to third parties
Misuse of the IBNIC name or logo may result in suspension or revocation of validation.

3. Representation of Certification

The Certificate Holder may state:
“IBNIC-Certified” or “Holds an IBNIC-Validated Certification”

The Certificate Holder may not state or imply that:
IBNIC guarantees outcomes, income, or professional success
IBNIC regulates or licenses professional practice
IBNIC certifies clients, services, or derivative programs

4. Ethics and Professional Integrity

The Certificate Holder agrees to:
uphold professional and ethical conduct consistent with IBNIC standards
represent certification accurately and responsibly
maintain appropriate professional boundaries
IBNIC reserves the right to review substantiated ethical concerns related to misuse of certification or misrepresentation.

5. Privacy and Verification

The Certificate Holder selects one of the following verification preferences:

Public: IBNIC may confirm certification status (name, certification, and date) if contacted for verification.
Private: IBNIC will not disclose or confirm any certification information to third parties.
IBNIC will honor the selected preference in all verification requests.

6. Suspension or Revocation

IBNIC may suspend or revoke certificate validation if:
certification is misrepresented
the IBNIC name or logo is misused
false or misleading claims are made
ethical standards are materially violated
Upon revocation, all use of IBNIC logos and certification references must cease.

7. Limitation of Scope

Certification validation:
does not replace legal, regulatory, or professional requirements
does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IBNIC is legally established, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
